Does this sounds like allergic to latex condoms?

ok I have had sex before mostly with a different brand condoms but i haven’t had sex within six months and started dating my current boyfriend now we been havin sex with durex some regular brand latex condom. and like all of sudden i became very dry down there. went to the doctor told me i had a yeast infection down there so i took some antibiotics and it took almost a month to heal somewhat it finally showed some sign of healness this weekend. so we decided to have sex i my gyno thought i was irritated to the brand maybe i should try a different one but my boyfriend didn’t do that. so we use the same one as last time and he pulled out and i became dry again. i don’t know if it sounds like im sensitive to latex or something because i never get dry like that im actually over wet. is that one of the symptoms…any ideas would be grateful?

Latex allergies usually happen a few hours after exposure. You could be sensitive to the spermicide on the condoms. Most condoms have spermicide on them for extra protection, but you can buy non-latex, non-spermicide condoms.
